the only reason why white people get offended when you refer to them as “white people” is because they’re used to being solely referred to as “people.”

they don’t liked being “othered” but have no problem othering us.

You just gave me an epiphany.

And when Jane Elliott came to my school, she made the point that white people don’t really have to think about their race; they’re simply HUMAN. They think of themselves as people and hardly, if ever, think of themselves as “white” because they’re the “norm.”

And boom. There it is. This is exactly my point.

Whats funny about this is that even though they consider themselves the “norm” or “default”, statistically speaking they aren’t the world’s largest ethnicity.

White people are something like 14% of the world population. They just seem like a majority cause they’re always on some fuckshit.
